Recently purchased two vehicles from Henry and Son James who run the business. Unfortunately, one of the vehicles developed a problem. The issue for me, although inconvenient, was not the vehicle itself but how the problem was resolved. The vehicle came with a three-month warranty and true to their word sorted the vehicle out, cleaned it and got it back on the road all with a minimum of fuss. Pleasure to do business with, no dramas, just customer satisfaction.

I have bought four cars from Deane Vale Motors,and i have been pleased with them all.The car i have just replaced was trouble free and it had 171,000 miles on the clock.The after sales service is surperb and the staff are always friendly and helpful and they know the motor trade inside out.Its a pleasure to do business with them,and i would not consider using any other dealer for my next car. Today purchased vehicle from DVM. (first visit) Excellent condition vehicle, so well sourced. Price was fair based on online comparisons. Dealt with 3 family members; all very friendly/helpful/accommodating, no pressure, and i'm sure if any issues in warranty time, they will be correctly dealt with. Good range of stock. Wish they were just down the road from me.
